Nita's Take On Seasoning Blends!
I've been in the kitchen since about 5 years old. Always wanting to learn something, I wanted to see how my mama cooked our food. (She used to Cook, Cook Okay!) So taking that knowledge and other experiences in the kitchen, I've built my own passion for cooking particularly New Orleans food for myself and my family. I do it simply because it's hard to find good, authentic New Orleans style food here in Texas. With that in mind, back in 2018 I started cooking and selling pastas locally and since then, decided to give people what they would always ask me for, Flavor! So this site is to specifically provide all of that flavor right to you!
